Hope-Action-Transformation Course

Some people naturally transcend adversity to embrace lives made richer by the experiences they have overcome.
We can all do that – and this course can show you how.

Weds 7th and Fri 9th October, 10am – 4.30pm at
SimpleGifts in Bethnal Green (117 Mansford Street, E2 6LX)
Maximum 12 participants, so booking is essential! Must attend both full days.

Over two days, we will learn about Exceptional Survivors, recognise and celebrate the challenges we too have survived and the unique gifts these have brought us. We will explore simple, joyful ways of moving forward to live fulfilling and proactive lives as a result of these.

In a safe and intimate environment, we will use creative exercises, small-group discussion, guided visualisation and more, to create a simple but effective toolbox for sustainable positive change.

Hope you can join us. (Cake and Laughter Guaranteed!)
