Hope - Action - Transfomation is a creative personal development course taking place for 5 days over 2 weeks, 30th June - 2nd July (Tues-Thurs) and 6th-7th July (Mon-Tues). It aims to facilitate improved mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and community cohesion. The group is for women wishing to make positive change in their lives, and we will aim to get participants from different age groups and backgrounds to make for an enriching dynamic.

Course will consist of: 5 full-day sessions in a group of no more than 10.
30 June-2 July and 6-7 July, 10:00am to 4:00pm. Tea and coffee will be provided, but please bring a lunch (a hot lunch will be provided on Thursday, 2 July).
Content will be creative and interactive, with clear and safe boundaries, and will continually adapt to the needs and strengths of the group, with participants encouraged to give continual feedback for maximum effectiveness. All learning styles will be catered for and we will welcome people from diverse backgrounds.
Support will be available for those with dyslexia and other Specific Learning Differences.
Course aims: To build participants’ confidence, self-awareness and awareness of others, emotional resilience and ability to reframe and solve problems in order to live more effectively as engaged members of their community.
Participants will develop a portfolio of resources to take away and use to sustain positive change and proactive living.
